The Killing Judge
In Paris there was a café called Martha’s Café. This café was a very nice place to have a chat and a good time with your friends. It had small and few tables. It was a very traditional café, because there was only one person working and she was very organized.
Martha was an old fat woman. She was the one who worked alone in this lovely café. Martha had five favorite clients which were called: Peter Nelson, Susi English, Mili Likis, Lu Crimm and “Mugsy” Morrow. But there was one she didn’t like too much, Carl Kip.
One day, “Mugsy” invited Mr. Nelson to have a chat with him in this wonderful café. In the middle of the chat, Mrs. English entered the café, and after her a man who started shooting all over the palce. When he did this, Mugsy Morrow was killed. After this scene, the café was upside down. As Martha had washed the floor before the killing, all the footsteps were marked on the floor, and a hand print was beside the door, on a wall.
Martha was so scared that she decided to call her favorite detective Mili Likis and Lu Crimm. Lu was a specialist in finding clues and Mili was a specialist in prints. When they heard this they decided to go and question Peter Nelson. When Mili and Lu got to his apartment, Mr. Peter Nelson told them that he wouldn’t kill his friend; he also told them that he saw the man when he started shooting, and so he left the café quickly. After this, the two ladies went to question Susi English. When they were questioning her, Mili noticed that Mrs. English was very nervous, but she didn’t mind until she suddenly started to cry saying that she was sorry, that she was doing all wrong, she also said something like Skip Judge, Skip Judge. Lu and Mili put the words correctly together and realized that maybe what Mrs. English wanted to say was to call Judge Mr. Kip and talk to him about the case.
One week after this, Mrs. English, Mr. Nelson, Judge Mr. Kip, Lu and Mili went to talk about the case.
Many days had gone by and nothing was solved. One night Mili and Lu were about to give up when suddenly they heard somebody screaming so Mili and Lu ran quickly to Susi’s apartment, and got just in time to see Susi lying on the floor and Carl Kip about to kill her with a knife.
After this Mili and Lu took Carl Kip to prison. Now Susi has calmed down. Before this terrible mess she wasn’t calm because she was obliged by Carl Kip to say that she was the criminal, so he wouldn’t go to prison, but in the end Carl Kip’s plan failed.
