Murder at Martha’s café
It was 8:50 pm at Martha’s cafe on 9/4/ 08. The cafe was small, it had a little cashier box and a table at the back. The cafe had four people, the people were Philip, Joe, John and Morrow (a well known gangster). Martha was weeping the floor when Joe asked her a coffee. Martha was in the kitchen when she saw Joe entering to the kitchen to see what was happening that his coffee took so long.
At that moment Martha and Joe heard a shooting and a loud shout. Martha came out of the kitchen and saw it was nine o clock and that somebody had murdered Morrow. She couldn’t believe it, so she called the police. She noticed that two people, Philip and John where not at the café.
After a little while the police came, but they found the same as Martha they called Watson, Sherlock Holmes helper. Watson arrived, they told him what happened and if he could solve it. He said that this case would be solved. First he saw that on the wall there was a hand footprint and he said he was a left handed man because he had leaned against the wall with his right hand. He noticed that on the tables there were tea or coffee cups. He said that John and Philip had were left handed but that gave now reasons. He watched the bills of the customers and he notice that Philip had bought only a coffee and that John had bought meat, vegetables, a coffee and cigarettes.
Watson starts investigating near the corner where the shooting was and he noticed that on the floor there is a cigarettes and the shooting took place. He looked again at the bill and he saw that John bought cigarettes and nobody else had bought cigarettes.
They all agreed that John was the murderer. They tokd the police and told them were John lived they arreseted him for the rest of his life.
